Return & Refund Policy

Delivery Terms

  • We deliver only in selected cities in India, subject to stock availability.
  • Orders may arrive in multiple deliveries based on availability.
  • Customers must check products for damages, expiry, and quantity at the time of delivery.

Return & Replacement

  • Products are non-returnable, but replacements may be provided upon verification of the issue.
  • Damaged or defective items must be reported within 3 days of delivery via email at marketing@kelzai.com with clear images.

Defective water bottles must be reported on the day of delivery for a replacement.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement.

Prepaid order refunds will be processed to the original payment mode within 7 working days.
